Overview

In 2014 there were already more than a billion websites and in an age where "if it's not online, it doesn't exist", having a strong web presence is imperative. Although there is an increasing number of 'drag and drop' website building services available, any customisations or more complex websites or online shops, will require at least, basic understanding of website development and coding.

 

Who is it for

This course is aimed at business owners, entrepreneurs and marketers wanting to gain a better understanding of website development. This course will also be valuable for anyone working closely with website developers.

Outcome

This course aims to equip and empower participants by developing an understanding of how websites are built. Participants will also learn how to write basic code. All the sessions in this course are practical, so students are required bring their laptops along.

The course is comprised of 5, 2-hour sessions and is project based.
