Jennifer has been working in digital media for the past 10 years. Currently a presenter, producer and director at News24 Video, she has been an integral part of the team which established digital video in South Africa.
Starting her career as a print journalist in Toronto, Canada, Jennifer recognised early on that digital content and social media would be a core part of her future profession. As an early adopter and supporter of online video, Jennifer has spent the duration of her career creating and implementing digital strategy for both news organisations and corporate brands.
Before starting her career in South Africa, Jennifer worked on digital projects for brands in Canada: Castrol Motor Oil and the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation. She has a strong understanding of what needs to happen both behind and in front of the camera when it comes to creating shareable, engaging, stand out content.
With a degree in media studies, and another one in print and broadcast journalist, Jennifer's strengths lie in telling compelling stories and creating compelling content for the digital era.
