William has more than 25 years of digital marketing and online experience, on both sides of the boardroom table, as client and also as agency.

With multi-national exposure and having worked in corporate and government environments, William has a unique set of skills and experience that allows him to draw from, which enables him to deliver value to brands, businesses and non-profit organisations across many marketing, technology and people focused environments.

William is considered to be a Digital Marketing Maverick and loves all things technology, travel and social media.

William was Head of Digital for South African Tourism for more than 7 years, he was instrumental in putting together the #MeetSouthAfrica social media campaign which was an international award winning destination marketing campaign.

William has also started up a number of agencies and has now joined The OMG to bolster the technical and marketing capabilities it has to offer their clients.

William has also held senior positions in local agencies that have served big blue chip corporate clients in South Africa, and was once the CTO for Flights.com SA.

William has worked extensively with agencies and non-profit organisations to teach and share from Entrepreneurship to Social Media Strategy and Online Marketing.

William has traveled extensively and still loves to call gritty Johannesburg his home.
